A Pivotal Moment
A native of Syracuse, New York, Dr. Drew King's journey into dentistry began with an experience that would define his entire career. As a teenager, a traumatic dental accident introduced him to the profound impact that compassionate, skilled dental care can have on a person's life. The kindness and expertise of his dentist during that difficult time planted a seed that would grow into a lifelong calling.
After graduating from Chattahoochee High School in Alpharetta, Dr. King earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Georgia. He then pursued his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University, where he was recognized with the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry Student Award of Merit for outstanding achievement in the pursuit of excellence.
Following graduation, Dr. King was selected for the prestigious General Practice Residency Program in Augusta, Georgia, where he received extensive training in intravenous conscious sedation, dental extractions, bone grafting, dental implants, and the management of medically complex patients — a foundation that would prove essential to his vision of comprehensive, anxiety-free dentistry and luxury smile makeovers.

Dr. King's clinical expertise extends far beyond his formal education. He has invested hundreds of hours in advanced continuing education at the world's most respected postgraduate dental institutes, including the Dawson Academy, Spear Education, and the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. His training encompasses porcelain veneer design and placement, no-prep and minimal-prep veneer techniques, full mouth rehabilitation, complex occlusal therapy, dental implant surgery and restoration, and advanced cosmetic bonding — giving him a depth of knowledge that few general dentists possess.
This dedication to lifelong learning has earned Dr. King recognition from the most prestigious organizations in dentistry. He is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI), a distinction awarded to dentists who demonstrate exceptional competence in implant dentistry through rigorous examination and case documentation. He is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), and a recipient of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (AAED) Student Award of Merit.

Family, Community, Purpose
A proud father of three daughters, Dr. King balances his professional ambitions with a deep commitment to family. Having lived in the Atlanta area for over twenty years, he has become an integral part of the community — both through his practice and his philanthropic efforts.
Since 2000, Dr. King has been actively involved with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Light the Night Program. He is a passionate participant in the Georgia Mission of Mercy, which provides free dental care to over 2,000 low and no-income adults. He also works with Dynamic Mobile Dentistry, providing on-site dental care to nursing home residents across Georgia and Alabama.
In his spare time, Dr. King enjoys traveling, golf, basketball, and spending time with family and friends. He remains an avid sports fan of Syracuse University and the University of Georgia.
